Reporting to the General / Operations Manager, this newly created position is essential in further developing business opportunities with existing customers and driving new customer acquisition success across Australia, New Zealand and Japan within the medical imaging device industry. 

Specific key responsibilities will include;

  • Leading all aspects of the sales process including providing assistance with tailored solutions development, proposal delivery and implementation,
  • Ensuring a seamless transition of customer responsibility across to the operations department following a successful implementation,
  • Assuming total responsibility for problem resolution with customers maintaining the constant objective of improving working relationships,
  • Provide assistance with key account management and
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed.

To be considered for this unique career opportunity ideally you must demonstrate the following attributes;

  • Solid B2B Consultative selling skills,
  • Strong, direct and persuasive verbal and written communication skills,
  • Professional negotiation skills,
  • Prior experience with medical imaging and diagnostic device industries is highly preferred,
  • A familiarity and confidence with Asian cultures (particularly Japan) and
  • Astute commercial acumen and sound project management competencies.
